You are warmly invited to attend a premiere of the uplifting film documentary 'Black Base' on 1st December 2012. It follows the lives of five boys from highly disadvantaged backgrounds as they journey back to the unforgiving streets where they grew up. The documentary seeks to shed light on the cruel conditions faced by many homeless children on the streets in Africa.
Through each boy's story we see powerful examples of how change is possible despite what can appear to be insurmountable challenges in life. Personal tragedies and situations can affect any one of us, but this film demonstrates that if there is a will to change together with a corresponding helping hand, anything is possible!
Attendance is strictly by ticket only and includes live music and light refreshments.
